Cluster headache

Cluster headache is also called as the Suicide headache because of the very severe intensity orbital, supra-orbital or temporal pain. Patients can have 1-8 episodes of such attacks per day often awakening patient from sleep.

There can be Associated ipsilateral Autonomic symptoms like :

• Increased lacrimation
• Nasal congestion/discharge
• Partial Horner’s

This headache is generally short acting and can last from 15 min to 180 minutes.
