Shoulder Pain
Shoulder is one of the largest and most complex joints in the body and is made up of three bones: the clavicle (collarbone), the scapula (shoulder blade), and the humerus (upper arm bone) as well as associated muscles, ligaments and tendons. It is also the joint which provides the widest range of motion of any part of the body. Hence it is predisposed to injuries, dislocations and general wear and tear.
Prevalence of shoulder pain is estimated to be 4% to 26% in the general population. We at JEEVISHA Pain Management Center specialize in the correct diagnosis of the causes for shoulder pain and their targeted treatment.
